Model performance leaderboards
User account management and conversation history
Public thread sharing

3 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4 Acceptable Use

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by DualMind and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

AI Model Responses: Responses generated by AI models are subject to the respective model providers' terms. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

6 Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy, including account information, usage data, and technical data.

7 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers and authentication services (Supabase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

8 Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI Accuracy: AI model responses may contain inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content. We do not endorse or verify AI-generated content. Users should verify important information independently.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9 Modifications to Service and Terms
